SHIPPING

All items have a processing time of 2-5 business days. The processing time does not include shipping time. Please bear in mind that as all of our items are hand made to order we need time to produce and finish your items before shipping.

Please bear in mind when purchasing that although we endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible we are unable to absolutely guarantee delivery dates. With this is mind please plan for a maximum of 7-10 days processing and shipping time.

All items are posted using Royal Mail services. We are not liable for the time it takes the post office to process and ship your package, and if it is lost by Royal Mail then we are unable to give refunds in that rare occurrence. Once the package is dropped off by us we are not responsible for any issues caused by Royal Mail including damage, lost or stolen items or shipping delays.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your items please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue. We will accept any returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your package.

1 - If your item has arrived damaged we will offer you a refund or exchange free of charge. We will also cover the costs of returning the damaged items.

2-If you have simply changed your mind we will accept returns within the 7 day time frame however you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

CANCELLATION

We will honour cancellation requests if the request is made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at enquiries@roseandbramley.com if you would like to cancel your order.

PLEASE NOTE

As all of our items are handmade and made using real flowers there may be slight variations and unique imperfections however this ensures that each item is one of a kind. Ways in which our items may vary slightly from what appears on the screen may include colour, flower size and shape, distribution of flowers in the product and drop length in earrings. As most of our items are made using resin you may also sometimes notice small bubbles. If the imperfections go beyond what you would deem acceptable and detract from the look of your items please refer back to our returns policy and contact us at enquiries@roseandbramley.com. We will be happy to help.
