FAQs

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Order processing time (the amount of time from when we receive your order to it being shipped) is approximately 2-5 business days - as all of our products are hand made to order. Most items are shipped using Royal Mails 2nd class service which is 1-2 business days. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us and we will see what we can do!

What if my order arrives damaged or if I have changed my mind?

Please refer to the terms and conditions section of our website for more details on our returns, refunds and exchange policies plus our cancellation policy. Alternatively contact us at enquiries@roseandbramley.com if you have any more questions!

Will my jewellery tarnish or fade?

No! We use stainless steel or gold plated stainless steel ONLY throughout all of our jewellery - this includes bezels, chains and any other jewellery findings we use. All of our jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel free to ensure it is of the highest quality whilst still being affordable. As long as you follow our resin jewellery care tips below your jewellery should last forever!

How should I care for my jewellery?

Resin is very durable but to get the best out of your pieces please adhere to the following advice.

SCRAPES - Try to avoid sleeping in your jewellery or generally wearing it in a situation where it is vulnerable to bumps or scratches. If you do somehow manage to scratch your jewellery please contact us and we will be happy to re-cast it for a small fee.

WATER - Do not submerge your jewellery in water! Resin is water-resistant but not waterproof. Submerging your resin jewellery in water can cause the resin to become cloudy over time and lose its transparent quality. With this in mind please remember to remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, washing the dishes etc.

SUNLIGHT - Please store your jewellery out of direct sunlight when not in use. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften over time.

CHEMICALS - Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals and cleaning products. This would include perfume, nail varnish remover, cleaning sprays and hand sanitiser. Solvents will react with the epoxy and cause it to become scaly, yellow or even break down completely.

Are the flowers real?

Yes! All of our products contain REAL pressed flowers or flower petals. We’ve spent a really long time sourcing our flowers to bring you a truly unique and extensive range of floral jewellery.

Are the earrings heavy?

Resin is a super lightweight material meaning that our earrings are also really lightweight! Most pairs weigh around 4g however more detailed styles may weigh a little more!

Do you take custom orders?

At this time we are not accepting custom orders. We are a very small team and have our hands very full preparing stock for our markets and web orders - unfortunately we simply do not have any extra time to work on bespoke pieces. One question we get asked a lot is ‘can you preserve my wedding bouquet?’ - again this is not something we offer however we can point you in the direction of a few amazing businesses that specialise in this field!
